We go out looking for your perfect deal. We find the property and view it to make sure it's suitable. We do thorough due diligence to make sure the numbers work for you to make a nice profit. We negotiate with the landlord and package it up, ready to present back to you.
Once we’ve negotiated with the landlord and managed to secure the property for you, we’ll then package the deal up ready to present back to you. We’ll arrange a follow up call, taking you through the photos of the property and the number
If you like the deal, you can view the property just to make sure that you’re 100% happy. Once you’re happy to go ahead with the property, we can then help you with the contracts, to make sure everything is clear.
Once the contracts have been signed, the keys are yours. You can either manage the property yourself or you can choose to have a hands-off investment. We can use our power team to manage the property on your behalf.
